About the role
ACA-MIT is looking for a Student Success Counselor to guide learners through academic planning, personal development, and career readiness. The role sits at the center of the student journey, connecting counselling, clubs, placement support, and progression tracking.

What you will do

Conduct one-on-one advising sessions for academic and personal development needs.

Support internship coordination, CV clinics, and interview preparation activities.

Collaborate with faculty and departments on at-risk student follow-up and progression plans.

Help manage student clubs, service initiatives, and campus engagement programs.

Maintain confidential student records and referral pathways to institutional support services.

What we are looking for

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related discipline.
Experience in counselling, student services, or youth development settings.
Empathetic communication style with strong listening and documentation skills.
Ability to work with students, parents, faculty, and external partners professionally.
