About the role
ACA-MIT College is seeking an experienced Lecturer in Hospitality Management to strengthen classroom delivery, practical supervision, and student mentoring across our BHM program. The role combines academic teaching with industry-facing exposure, helping students connect service standards, operations, and leadership expectations with real hospitality environments.

What you will do

Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions aligned with the BHM curriculum and institutional quality standards.

Supervise student projects, internships, and applied learning activities in training kitchens and hospitality labs.

Prepare lesson plans, assessments, and academic documentation in coordination with the program lead.

Mentor students on employability, professional conduct, and career readiness within the hospitality sector.

Participate in academic committees, industry weeks, campus events, and faculty development initiatives.

Maintain active engagement with hotels, restaurants, and tourism partners to keep teaching current and industry-relevant.

What we are looking for

Master's degree in Hospitality Management or a closely related discipline.
4+ years of teaching and/or supervisory experience in hospitality education or hotel operations.
Strong communication skills with the ability to guide diverse student cohorts.
Working knowledge of front office, F&B, housekeeping, or hotel administration practices.
Commitment to student-centered learning, assessment integrity, and institutional professionalism.
