About the role
ACA-MIT offers an HR & Admin Internship for motivated graduates who want exposure to recruitment support, employee records, campus administration, and institutional operations.
What you will do

Assist with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding documentation.

Support employee record maintenance and internal administrative workflows.

Help organize staff meetings, training sessions, and campus HR events.

Prepare reports, filing systems, and process documentation under supervision.
What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree completed or in final year of Business, HR, or related studies.
Strong organizational skills and professional communication.
Proficiency with office software and willingness to learn institutional systems.
Interest in higher education and people operations.
