What you will do

Maintain training kitchen standards for hygiene, safety, and equipment care.

Support culinary showcases, tasting events, and guest chef collaborations.

Guide students on portfolio development and industry expectations.
What we are looking for
Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts with 4+ years of kitchen or teaching experience.
Demonstrated skill across hot kitchen, pastry, or international cuisine modules.
Ability to manage student teams in live service and production environments.
Strong communication and mentorship capabilities.
