About the role
The BIT Program Coordinator will support academic planning, lab scheduling, and student progression across ACA-MIT's technology programs. This role bridges faculty, students, and operations teams to ensure classes, assessments, and practical sessions run smoothly.
What you will do

Coordinate timetables, lab usage, and faculty schedules for BIT cohorts.

Track attendance, assessment milestones, and student support needs across the program.

Assist with admissions counselling, orientation, and academic onboarding for new students.

Support industry sessions, demo days, and capstone review logistics.

Maintain academic records, reporting, and communication between departments.
What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
2+ years of academic coordination, training operations, or program administration experience.
Strong organizational skills and comfort working with faculty and student-facing teams.
Proficiency with spreadsheets, documentation, and basic academic reporting tools.
