About the role
The Admissions Officer will represent ACA-MIT to prospective students and families, manage enquiry follow-up, and support the enrollment pipeline from first contact through onboarding.
What you will do

Respond to walk-in, phone, and digital enquiries about programs and admissions.

Conduct campus tours, counselling sessions, and application guidance.

Maintain CRM records, follow-up schedules, and conversion reporting.

Coordinate with academic teams on intake planning and scholarship queries.

Support admissions events, interaction days, and outreach campaigns.
What we are looking for
Bachelor's degree in any discipline with strong interpersonal skills.
1+ years of admissions, counselling, or customer-facing experience preferred.
Clear written and spoken communication in English and Nepali.
Comfort with documentation, reporting, and team-based operations.
